Terms of accreditation validity - Rights and obligations of the accredited person
1 Signature of an accredited person (CDS reflective vest) shall be worn visibly, non-transferable, property of the organizer of the race and breach of the organizational and safety rules of the race, as well as non-observance of the instructions of the organizers, leading to the immediate removal of the sign and the person's removal from the premises. The CDS logo must be on the vest. The CDS reflective vest does not authorize any vehicle to enter.
2 An accredited person may only use materials acquired under accreditation for journalistic purposes. Use of the material for commercial purposes is governed by Appendix 1 to these Terms.
3 Every accredited person has the right to enter the restricted area of the competition, which is not accessible to the viewers, always with a reflex vest and the unconditional adherence to all safety rules of motor sport, organizer's instructions, promoter, line commissioners and security services. By its behavior, it must not endanger the smooth course of the race, its safety or the safety of others. The violation of this point will be immediately taken out of the event by the accredited person.
4 An accredited party and each holder of a passport is aware of the fact that motor racing is dangerous and that it participates at its own risk. It undertakes that it will neither, nor will it, in the future, claim compensation, blame, blame or sue the promoter or owner of the autodrome, participating team or rider, other organizations participating in the enterprise, including headquarters, individual members, officers, employees, agents, workers services, representatives and contractors in the event of personal injury, death or loss of any kind and of the holder of the passport in connection with his presence in the enterprise.
5 The Accredited Party undertakes not to harm the Promoter and not to claim for them or their agents compensation for any damage caused by a third party (personal injury, death, damage or loss of another kind) that arose at the enterprise.
6 If the co-operation with the sending organization is canceled during the accreditation procedure, the applicant for accreditation must notify this fact. This automatically creates an obligation to request a new accreditation. Otherwise, the accreditation applicant can not be granted.
7 The applicant for accreditation is obliged to adhere to the hygienic and cultural rules associated with his work and the workplace on which he will perform. It undertakes not to restrict its behavior and the actions of its co-worker, other journalists and persons active in the sporting business.
8 An accredited photographer is obligated to upload an album of photographs from the given plant to which he has been granted accreditation within 7 days. The album must contain at least 30 photos in which the Drift Challenge logo will be placed and will be downloaded at drifting.cz. After the violation of this point, no accreditation will be given to the next event that the journalist wishes to subscribe, and once the conditions have been met again, the profile of the photographer will be deactivated and will not be eligible for the profile again.
8 An accredited journalist is obliged to send within 7 days an article from the given plant, including photo documentation, which has been accredited to josef.strnad@drifting.cz. After the violation of this point, accreditation will not be granted to the next event that the journalist wishes to subscribe, and once the conditions have been met again, the profile of the journalist will be deactivated and will not be entitled to re-approve the profile.
9 The Amateur Photographer is obliged to appear on the event after the accreditation for the event and to pay a fee of 200, - CZK. After completing the race, he is obliged to return the vest and he will be returned 50 CZK. The non-return vest authorizes the organizer to refuse to accredit or remove from the list of journalists.
10 After the accreditation is granted, the journalist is obliged to appear on the event in the designated area for picking up the reflective vest and pays a 200 CZK fee. After completing the race, he is required to return the vest and the bail will be returned to him. The non-return vest authorizes the organizer to refuse to accredit or remove from the list of journalists.
11 The video studios will place the Drift Challenge logo on their record and give the josef.strnad@drifting.cz link to the recorded video on the Youtube site after 7 days. The video study accreditation is limited by a maximum of 2 delegates. In the framework of photo documentation, it is necessary to place the Drift Challenge logo on all the photos taken during the race in the right-hand year. These must be placed on their profile on drifting.cz within 7 days after the end of the race for approval and only afterwards is possible to publish them.
12 The promoter has the right to obtain copies of all the photos taken at the factory, as well as consent to the use of the work, free of charge.
